In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ahof jl" refers to the online casino platform accessible at ahof-jl.com, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on ahof jl and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ahof jl, through which the player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Platform" means the ahof jl website, mobile site, and any associated software or application through which services are delivered.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slots, table games, drop games, and other wagering products available on ahof jl.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a player's ahof jl account, including deposits and winnings.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To register and use ahof jl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum gambling age under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ahof jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by ahof jl or any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current at all times.

ahof jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

Each player may hold only one active account on ahof jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and accurate contact details.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify ahof jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

ahof jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have previously notified ahof jl of a security breach.

ahof jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

ahof jl supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ahof jl account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• ahof jl does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• ahof jl reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ahof jl may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

ahof jl reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

All games available on ahof jl — including slots such as Charge Buffalo, Phoenix Rises, Fruit Shop, and Fortune Tiger; drop games including Plinko and Monster Plinko; and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wager refunded to your account balance. ahof jl's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the ahof jl system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
• ahof jl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ahof jl games. Any such activity constitutes a prohibited conduct under Section 7.

ahof jl's records of all game transactions shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. Players who believe a game result is incorrect must contact support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

ahof jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• ahof jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where required by regulatory obligations.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to ahof jl support immediately. ahof jl reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahof jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ahof jl, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the ahof jl platform or its other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of the ahof jl platform.

ahof jl employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activity on the platform.

ahof jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

ahof jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them of how long they have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to ahof jl support and take effect within 24 hours.

All content on the ahof jl platform — including but not limited to the ahof jl brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ahof jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ahof jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ahof jl platform without prior written consent from ahof jl.
• You may not use the ahof jl name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ahof jl intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahof jl shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of normal gameplay, including losses on any individual game or series of games.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the ahof jl platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ahof jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

ahof jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ahof jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ahof jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy.

By registering on ahof jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to player inquiries.
• Sending promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the ahof jl platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

ahof jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their ahof jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a player and ahof jl that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

ahof jl operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe ahof jl has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
